From October 19 to 20, a section of the upper level parking lot at 73 Water Street North will be closed for repair. As this will reduce the number of available parking spaces, patients and visitors will be permitted to park in the lower parking lot as needed. Parking enforcement will be suspended during this period.

Patients may periodically experience technical issues when booking appointments online through our Ocean portal. We greatly apologize for this and Telus is currently working on a solution that will be implemented in 2-3 weeks. Please call us to book an appointment if you are not able to book online. Thank you for your patience.

As of August 26, WRNPLC will be moving from 13 Water Street North in Cambridge to 73 Water Street North, Unit 202. Please note that to prepare for the move, our Cambridge site will be closed on August 21, 24, 25, and the morning of August 26. We will reopen at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday August 26 in our new office.

PATIENT FOCUS GROUP

Patients of the Waterloo Region Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic are invited to participate in a patient focus group on June 2, 2026, from 5:30–7:00 p.m. (location to be confirmed). This is an opportunity to share your experiences, provide feedback, and help shape how care is delivered at the clinic.

Feedback from the focus group will help us understand what is working well and identify opportunities for improvement. Participants may also express interest in joining a future Patient Advisory Council to support ongoing planning and decision-making.
