Temporary Clinic Closure – Water Main Break

Due to a water main break in the area, our clinic and the entire building, is currently without running water and washroom facilities. There is currently no estimated repair time. As a result, we are unable to safely provide in-person care and have made the difficult decision to close the clinic for the remainder of the day. At this time, there is no estimated repair time.

Our Nurse Practitioners, Social Worker, and Dietitian will continue to support patients through virtual appointments. However, our clinic phones at the Pioneer Park site will be unavailable during this closure. Our Water Street and Breslau sites remain open.

We kindly ask that you contact us again on Thursday morning after 9:00 AM, when we expect to resume regular operations.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Please note that all clinic sites will be closed Wednesday May 7th for a full day of staff training and development. This dedicated time allows our team to enhance our skills and continue providing high-quality care to our patients.

Due to an urgent issue with our furnace, we must close our Cambridge clinic today while repairs are completed. We greatly apologize for the inconvenience. Our in-person appointments have been rescheduled at our Kitchener site. Phone calls and faxes will be handled without interruption. Thank you for your understanding. Water Street will re-open on Thursday Feb 20 at 9:00 am.

Due to the heavy snowfall, we have made the decision to close the Cambridge clinic tonight at 4:30 p.m. We will contact all patients booked this evening and will provide care virtually where possible. Our Kitchener and Breslau clinics will be open for their regular hours. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we hope that everyone stays safe and warm!
