PATIENT FOCUS GROUP
Patients of the Waterloo Region Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic are invited to participate in a patient focus group on June 2, 2026, from 5:30–7:00 p.m. (location to be confirmed). This is an opportunity to share your experiences, provide feedback, and help shape how care is delivered at the clinic.
Feedback from the focus group will help us understand what is working well and identify opportunities for improvement. Participants may also express interest in joining a future Patient Advisory Council to support ongoing planning and decision-making.
To participate, please email officeadmin@wrnplc.ca with “Patient Focus Group” in the subject line to receive more information and register.
We value your voice and thank you for helping us improve care for our community.
